When scanning your receipts it is important to follow a few basics. We can only analyze and therefore reward receipts where the bought products, the prices, and the name of the retailer are clearly readable. Other receipts will be rejected by our automatic screening and you will get a notification.
Scan only retail receipts from FMCG merchants (i.e. supermarkets). Receipts from restaurant or gas stations etc. do not qualify.
Scan the the entire receipt: The name of the retailer on top, all items, date and time as well as the total amount have to be clearly visible.
Do not wrinkle or write on the receipt.
Take a straight, sharp picture with good light in front of a plain background.
Scan actual paper receipts and not screenshots.
