- Log in to your PayPal account and navigate to Activity download
- Under “Transaction type” select “All transactions”
- Under “Data range” select “Last 6 months”
- Click on Customize report fields and activate the cart details
- Create and download a report of your transaction activity (CSV)
- Create your BitsaboutMe account and upload your data archive
Detailed instructions
- Go to https://www.paypal.com/signin and log in with your PayPal account.
- Click on Activity and go to the dropdown list Statements to download your data archive or access the page directly by clicking on https://business.paypal.com/merchantdata/reportHome?reportType=DLOG.
- Here you have the option to customize your activity report. Click on Custom to select the information you want to download.
- Select under “Transaction type” the option “All transactions”.
- Select under “Data range” the option “Last 6 months”.
- Then click on Customize Report Fields and activate the Cart details to also receive the details of your purchases. To complete the process, select the file format “CSV” and click on Create Report. This may take a few minutes.
- The activity reports you have created will be listed directly below. As soon as your activity report is available, click on Download.
- Register now on BitsaboutMe or log in with your account and navigate to the MyData section to import your PayPal data archive.
